Welcome to RUBIUM GRADNJA d.o.o.. By renting a boat from us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Terms

1.1. These Terms and Conditions govern the rental of boats from RUBIUM GRADNJA d.o.o. in Croatia.
1.2. The rental service is available only to persons 18 years or older with valid identification.
1.3. By renting a boat, you confirm that you understand and agree to these Terms.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1. Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or in person.
2.2. A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required to confirm the booking.
2.3. The remaining balance must be paid before departure.
2.4. We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

3.1. Cancellations made 3 days before the rental date are eligible for a full refund.
3.2. Cancellations made within 1 day of departure will result in a partial or no refund.
3.3. In case of bad weather, we may reschedule the rental or offer a refund at our discretion.

4. Boat Use and Responsibility

4.1. The renter must have a valid boating license (if required by Croatian law) to operate the boat.
4.2. The boat must be used only in designated areas and returned in the same condition.
4.3. The renter is responsible for any damages, loss of equipment, or cleaning fees if the boat is returned in poor condition.
4.4. The renter must comply with Croatian maritime laws, including speed limits, restricted areas, and alcohol consumption rules.

5. Insurance and Liability

5.1. Our boats are insured, but the renter is liable for damage up to the insurance deductible.
5.2. Personal belongings are not covered by the boat’s insurance.
5.3. RUBIUM GRADNJA d.o.o. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or legal violations caused by the renter’s actions.

6. Safety and Equipment

6.1. All boats come with mandatory safety equipment, including life jackets.
6.2. The renter must ensure that all passengers follow safety guidelines.
6.3. In case of an emergency, the renter must immediately contact the authorities and RUBIUM GRADNJA d.o.o..

7. Late Returns and Extra Charges

7.1. Late returns may result in an additional fee of 50€ per hour.
7.2. If the boat is not returned on the same day (unless agreed), additional full-day charges may apply.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Croatia.
8.2. Any disputes shall be settled in the court of Pula.
